Do you offer overseas shipping?

Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and any applicable customs duties or taxes are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping times vary by destination. We estimate 7–21 business days, depending on local customs processing.

Please note: Order processing takes 1–2 business days before the package is handed to the carrier.
What kind of packaging is used?

We believe the unboxing experience should be as beautiful as the jewelry itself. Your order will arrive in a signature eco-friendly jewelry box and a matching gift bag, all tucked inside a discreet, padded mailer to ensure maximum protection and privacy during transit.
How do I make a return?

If you aren't completely in love with your piece, we offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Simply contact our support team with your order number to initiate a return label.
Do you offer a warranty?

Every piece comes with a one-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, loss, or general wear and tear (like scratches or fading due to improper care).
What is the material, and how does it differ from stainless steel?

All our products are use 925 Sterling Silver with Rhodium-plating or 18 carat Gold-plating.

While stainless steel is an industrial metal known for being "indestructible" and grey-toned, Sterling Silver is a precious metal. Silver is much lighter, more brilliant in luster, and holds a significantly higher intrinsic value. Unlike steel, silver can be easily resized or repaired by a jeweler.
What is a hallmark?

A hallmark is a tiny official mark (or series of marks) struck into the metal of a piece of jewelry. It acts as a "seal of approval" regarding the purity of the metal.
What does it mean to have a hallmark on my jewelry?

Having a hallmark is your guarantee of authenticity. For example, a "925" stamp means the piece is certified to contain at least 92.5% pure silver. It ensures you are getting exactly what you paid for and helps verify the item’s value for future appraisals.
How should I care for my jewelry?

To keep your pieces shining for years to come:

  • Avoid Liquids: Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, or applying lotions/perfumes.
  • Storage: Store in a cool, dry place—ideally in the airtight pouch provided—to prevent oxidation.
  • Cleaning: Gently polish with a soft microfiber cloth. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners that can strip the finish.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?

We move fast! If you need to make a change, please email us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once the order has hit our warehouse for processing, we are unable to make further adjustments.
