Shipping Information

We ship worldwide.

• Delivery: Shipping costs vary by destination. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders (see checkout). Delivery takes 9–18 business days.

• Processing: Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Taxes: Prices include VAT where applicable, but international orders may be subject to local customs duties.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you aren't satisfied, we accept returns on unused, original-condition items within 15 days of receipt.

• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method upon inspection.

• Exceptions: Earrings (for hygiene), personalized/engraved items, and "Final Sale" items are non-returnable.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. We recommend using a trackable service.

• Exchanges: Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
